“ This place is a hidden gem in Bethlehem! BBQ is delicious! We were a party of 7 and had a little bit of everything from the pulled pork to the brisket, ribs, jerk chicken, and salmon, as well as some pretty amazing mac and cheese. The owners' hospitality is on par with the food--Veronica and Q make you feel right at home. If you haven't been to The Taste Smokers, you must visit soon. It will not disappoint! ”
“ First time trying this place and my friends REALLY liked the brisket. The mac n' cheese tasted great - my friend and I are picky with how we like our mac n' cheese and we both agree it was awesome (and we normally do not agree on it). There are two drawbacks - 1) they are only open Fridays and Saturdays with limited hours, and 2) The dining area is very open and not great for sound. There was only us and another table (on the other sidenof the room), so it wasn't loud, but our table of four had a difficult time hearing each other without talking louder than normal. Parking wasn't difficult to find, as a large parking garage is diagonal from this place. As a side note, the entrance is actually the second door and not the first one that has its name on the window. ”

“ Chicago has been on my list of places to visit for a while mainly for their native famous foods. As a NYC -PA transplant, I’m always in search of restaurants/food worthy of praise. This place has been on my radar for about a year and on Sat. 3/29/25, my family and I finally made it over to check it out. Upon entry we all fell in love with the local artists’ work adorning the walls. The chalkboard menu was very simple and to the point and the seating truly gives a warm “outdoor backyard family bbq” inside. We were warmly greeted by Veronica, who promptly took our orders to ensure we all got what we wanted from the menu. Now I must apologize for not being able to post pics of the food but from the moment we walked in to the moment the food was placed in front of us, the divine smell coming from the kitchen had us salivating. So as soon as we had the chance to dig in - all bets were off! Zero time for any damn pics because that is just how good it all was- the smell lived up to the hype! We had the jerk chicken, salmon, brisket, mac & cheese and bbq baked beans made with brisket. All I can tell you is that this place is a hidden gem & it was one of the highlights of my entire birthday weekend. Quartez & Veronica got a good thing going on over there and I can’t wait to return with some friends. This is by far the best bbq I’ve had in all of Lehigh Valley & Monroe County. If you find yourself in or around Bethlehem, PA on a Friday or Saturday, drop in and give your tastebuds a treat. You won’t regret it! ”
“ !! THE TASTE SMOKERS !! Lehigh Valley If you’re looking for some GOOD BBQ, Salmon, Jerk Chicken, etc along with the Good sides. Then look no further than T.T.S! The Owners are Wonderful very Welcoming, Friendly they are very family oriented. We dine in and it felt as if we were at a Cookout with family and friends, the entire Vibe inside is Dope! Did I mention the Food was very GOOD if you’re in the Mood for BBQ or just a Good meal in general make sure you check them out. FYI they are only open Friday & Saturday’s Thank Me Later Food listed: 1. Salmon 2. Jerk Chicken 3. Brisket 4. Sausage (Spicy) 5. Elote aka Street Corn 6. Cabbage 7. Dinner roll ”
“ Best BBQ in the Lehigh Valley. Blows chains like Mission BBQ out of the water. I’ve had some of the best BBQ when in the south U.S., and this compares. You can tell love went into this cooking. Staff were knowledgeable and welcoming. Prices are great also. Will be back!!! ”
